📃 Terms and Conditions of Sale – Urban Elektronika

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Urban Elektronika (the seller) and the customer (the buyer) for all purchases made on the website.

All products are described as accurately as possible.
Availability is shown on each product page. If a product is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be notified and refunded.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

  • Croatia:

    • Orders under €60: €8.80

    • Orders of €60 or more: Free shipping

  • European Union:

    • Flat rate: €13.90

4. Orders

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email will be sent summarizing the order.

Urban Elektronika reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are made securely using the available methods on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Croatia: 2–10 business days

    • Europe: 4–15 business days depending on destination

Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and, where applicable, the manufacturer’s warranty.

9. Liability

Urban Elektronika is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of products sold on the website.
